As a KCH standard on tanks, all exposed structural steel is blasted, phosphate coated, and powder coated to ensure long lasting protection against corrosion and harsh environments.
The most common areas for leak potential in rectangular process tanks are in the bottom corners. When required, KCH utilizes a proprietary method of ensuring double strength and seal on all corners of our Tanks. In addition, all Tanks are double welded, inside and out.
